The Madison Society is an all-volunteer organization. There is no paid staff so all donations go for accomplishing our mission. If you are concerned about your future or your family’s future, please join us.
A Madison Society Foundation Membership is required to take our Initial or Renewal CCW Courses. You may add on a membership with your course registration or add a membership when you donate to support the Madison Society.

$120 per person. A 20% administrative fee will be charged if cancellation is not done 24 hours before starting time.
Handgun – The gun(s) you’ll be putting on your application
Holster – Outside the waistband, NO cross draws, NO purses, NO fanny packs.

Comfortable shoes. (No flip-flops, sandals or heels.)
Notepad and pencil/pen
If you are a resident of Stanislaus County you must qualify with each firearm you have a permit for.
Magazine pouch
2 spare magazines or speed loaders
Electronic hearing protection
Sunscreen
Seat cushion
Appropriate clothing. Please wear layers and be prepared for any type of weather, as we will be on the range RAIN or SHINE. Please make sure you can tuck in your sweater or other garments so there is no interference with the gun or holster. Pants should have belt loops and pockets. Gloves may be worn, as well.
50 rounds of factory-new ammunition with full-metal jacket for each firearm you are being qualified for. No reloaded ammunition, please.
Please bring lunch, dinner, and/or snacks depending on the time of your class. We will have breaks but there will not be enough time to go and get food. No food services are provided on site.
